Why do I always fall in love with things that cost way too much?
My latest obsession is Chelsea de Luca jewellery, which has some stunning pieces with strong vintage and Art Deco influences (Art Deco jewellery is my favourite).
Unfortunately the prices for most of the pieces are way out of my league (the "Intimate Moments" necklace in the "Two Past Midnight" collection, which you can see on the site, would be my new must-have if it didn't retail for a heartbreaking $390).
I just can't justify spending that amount of money on what is essentially costume jewellery. But oh how I wish I could. In the meantime, I am enjoying the visual candy on the site.
Pictured here are the spectacular Rouge earrings from the "Sugar Daddy, Make Me A Star" collection, which feature clear faceted swarovski crystals on a 15cm silver drop. The retail price for these is a more realistic $180.
