The Gourmet Collection Pineapple, Mango, Lime Chipotle Spice Blend

Suggestion: Chipotle Crusted Lamb, Veal and other Chops. Preheat grill to a medium setting. Create a paste using a liberal amount of Chipotle blend, and add small amounts of lime juice, olive oil, brown sugar and tequila. Marinate meat (or fish) for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Lightly oil the grill and roast for about 20 minutes, turning the meat several times, and brush with the paste 2 minutes before removing from grill. Serve on rice with guacamole and cream.
