Fantastic Customer Service

Last August I purchased a gecko 125 litre fridge/freezer for my motorhome and after working perfectly for a while it developed a gas issue and stopped working all together. When I contacted Lasoo about the problem they very quickly arranged for the unit to be returned for analysis and replaced it with a brand new unit.

At every turn I was updated with advice and kept in the picture as to what was happening. I must confess I didn't expect the level of customer service I received from them as I had never dealt with Lasoo before. However I was treated with a very pleasant and knowledgeable person who guided me through the whole ordeal in a professional and caring manner. Hats off to the whole team!

I ordered a jewellery mirror for my daughter and it arrived broken. Unfortunately, we didn't realise it had been broken in transit immediately as we kept it boxed, hidden and didn't build it until the night before my daughters birthday. I emailed Lasoo immediately but didn't expect a reply since some time had passed since we received the mirror. I was blown away with their prompt reply and resolution. They kept me updated at all times and were beyond amazing. It's rare to come across such good customer service. Would not hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend to friends.
