Ingredients
Active ingredients per gram:

• Magnesium glycinate 2.48 g (equiv. to Magnesium 350 mg)
• Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower extract dry conc. 50 mg (equiv. to H. lupulus flower dry 500 mg)
• Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) herb flowering extract dry conc. 50 mg (equiv. to E. californica herb flowering dry 1000 mg)

Directions

• Adults 18yo+: Mix 1 scoop (6g) of powder into 200 ml water or juice in the evening, 1 hour before bed, or as advised by your health professional.
• The formulation contains a blend of herbal ingredients that may cause the normal appearance of brown specks within the powder.
