Each 1 mL dose contains:Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25 mgSambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit extract dry conc. 76 mgequiv. dry fruit 3.8 gNo added soy bean products, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, lactose, sugars, artificial colours and flavours residual sulfites, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and alcohol (15.2 % v/v).Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Adults: Shake well before use. Spray 1 mL (2 sprays) under the tongue once daily, or as directed by your health professional. Hold liquid under tongue for 5 seconds before swallowing.
