Each mL of PURE ESSENTIAL OIL contains essential oils from: Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaves & Terminal Branches 550 µL, Mentha arvensis (Corn Mint) Leaves 400 µL, Myrtus communis (Myrtle) 50 µL.

How to Use (Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day):Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.Always read the label and follow directions for use.

Not to be used on children under 2 years of age. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.Avoid contact with eyes. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. NOT TO BE TAKEN. Not to be used neat. Store below 30°C. Do not use if seal around lid is broken.
