Each mL of PURE ESSENTIAL OIL contains essential oils from:Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Fruit peel 450 µL, Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) Fruit peel 200 µL, , Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Herb top flowering 150 µL, Citrus aurantium (Bergamot) Fruit peel 150 µL, Juniperus virginiana (Virginian Cedarwood) Wood 50 µL.

How to Use (Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day):Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.Always read the label and follow directions for use.

Not to be used on children under 2 years of age. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.Avoid contact with eyes. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. NOT TO BE TAKEN. Not to be used neat. Store below 30°C. Do not use if seal around lid is broken.
