GENERAL INFORMATIONApple Cider Vinegar is made by the fermentation of apple juice. During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol (cider) and then into vinegar. It contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids. It also contain pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes.
Melrose Apple Cider Vinegar Double Strength contains 8% acetic acid which is a higher acidity content than other Melrose vinegars. It can be used in numerous application where you require additional strength and more potent taste.
