Harmony Menopause Day & Night contains herbs traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms associated with menopause (and perimenopause), to promote sleep quality and relieve restless sleep.

Each DAY tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried:Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2gVitex angus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 100mgAngelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) 200mgDioscorea oppoita root (Chinese Yam) 200mgPaeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 200mgBupleurum falcatum root 200mgAlso including naturally derived excipients:Calcium hydrogen phosphate 350gm (Equiv calcium 81.6mg)Calcium amino acid chelate 50mg (Equiv calcium 10mg)Magnesium amino acid chelate 50mg (Equiv magnesium 10mg)Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU)Each NIGHT TABLET contains:Rehmannia glutinosa root 7.6gZiziphus jujuba seed 10gNaturally derived excipients:Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose: sodium, collodial anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, tablet coating-proprietary ingredient (Day table PI 4856, Night table PI 111403). Night tablet also contains calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate.

Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening.Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
