Apple Cider Vinegar is made by the fermentation of apple juice. During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol (cider) and then into vinegar. It contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids. It also contain pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes.

Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey contains all the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, with the addition of honey for a smoother and easier to consume taste. This product is certfied organic by the ACO.

100% Organic apple cider vinegar

Start with 1 teaspoon per day. After 1 week, slowly increase serve by 1 - 2 teaspoons, maximum of 2 tablespoons. For best results, take as part of a low carbohydrate diet.
