The appearance and tactile feel of the material is similar to traditional suedes, however Highland fabric is more substantial and thicker. It is is extremely durable, stain resistant, water repellent, fire re-retardant and breathable. It passes the Martindale rub test by 60,000+ . This highly durable fabric suitable for busy high traffic use. The colour blends easily with any home interior theme or living space design. The stunning sofa also features strong, tapered-shape legs made of black powder-coated steel. The structural frame of the furniture is made of Galvanised steel, giving it solid internal strength. The frame can easily withstand weights up to 300kg. The easy-to-assemble sofa is durable as well. The frame has a ten-year warranty; the foam and springs have a five-year warranty; and the fabric has a two-year warranty.
