Process Controlled Charging Unit

The expansion module is connected to the basic module (interface) via LocoNet in order to have more inputs and outputs for stop points, junctions, traffic lights, lighting, sensors and parking spaces for more complex systems. Several expansion modules can be connected in series. 11 inputs for sensors, 12 outputs for functional elements.

The expansion module in Car System Digital mode:

The expansion module is connected to the Digital Master via a LocoNet cable and automatically recognized as a hardware component by the "Car System Digital" software. Through its 11 inputs and 12 outputs, it allows the setup and control of light signals integrated on the route, such as physical traffic lights, LEDs or lamps, of car system control components, such as junctions, parking spaces or sensors, and of other consumers. These are visible in the system window after the virtual recording of the route with a digital address. The connection is made to 16 V alternating voltage. Several expansion modules can be connected one after the other. The expansion module can also be connected directly to a LocoNet-capable digital control center (e.g. Uhlenbrock Intellibox II) and operated via it.
