The Shiny effects gives a dazzling shine and color for an extra shiny touch! You use these loose powders, solo, over an eye shadow, or in combination with our 2-way gel or seal it as an accent or eyeliner.

This loose powder gives an incredible amount of shine. You can always find your color thanks to the many colors available. You can use the shiny effects to add a spectacular accent, but is also very suitable as a high-gloss eye shadow.

How to Use:

For a subtle effect, apply the powder with an eye shadow brush. As an accent or eyeliner, mix the Shiny Effects with the Seal It mixing agent or apply a layer of 2-Way gel to the desired location and press the Shiny Effects onto the layer of gel just applied. By using the 2-Way gel or Seal It, you fix the Shiny Effects, it becomes deeper in color and 100% wipe proof.

Tip: Use in combination with the 2-Way gel or Seal It.
