The design of the pen is striking, featuring a rounded shape that sets it apart from LAMY's usual sleek, angular style. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the pen boasts innovative mechanics, such as a unique twist-action mechanism that retracts the rhodinised 14kt gold nib and a valve that protects the nib from dirt and drying. The pen also features a clever clip design that can be raised or lowered with the twist action. When writing, the clip seamlessly lowers into the pen body, and when the nib is retracted, the clip pops back out. This design ensures no ink stains in your pocket and nothing getting in the way while writing. The LAMY Dialog 3 comes packaged in a high-quality beechwood case. For refills, the pen can be used with either LAMY T10 cartridge refills or with bottled ink using a LAMY Z27 converter.
