Add Fishmaster rub to all your seafood or poultry before grilling, roasting or smoking, also ideal for pan cooking baking&steaming. A blend of herbs with a citrus kick that's great on all fish, shrimp, crab and chicken. Alder wood chips is a winner when smoking fish, it's mild, sweet and delicate that does not overtake the natural flavour of the fish.
BBQ Grilling: Drizzle meat lightly with oil then coat the Surface evenly with a liberal covering of rub for any size cut of meat, at least several hours before and refrigerate Before grilling, let meat sit at room temperature for 30-40 mins. Re-apply another coat of rub if desired before grilling Cooking times may vary based on grilling temperature and Cut Thickness of meat.
