Mortlach "The Katana’s Edge" Single Malt Scotch Whisky Special Release 2023 700ml

This single malt was bottled at cask strength and released as part of Diageo’s 2023 Special Releases. It is inspired by the flavours of Japan and was finished in a combination of ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky and ex-Pinot Noir casks. This has resulted in notes of blackberry, toasted cinnamon and hints of porcini mushroom.
