Old Reserve 34 stands as Sri Lanka's premier Pure Coconut Spirit Blend, a title it has earned through a rich heritage and exceptional craftsmanship. Aged in teak and Halmilla barrels, Old Reserve adheres closely to the traditional arrack recipe that dates back nearly 2,000 years. This distinctive blend of pure coconut arrack embodies tradition, purity, and a harmonious balance of flavors. 

In our quest to recreate the renowned Ceylon arrack of the 19th century, we did not anticipate the profound impact it would have on the spirits industry. Old Reserve Real 34 is crafted using the original recipes devised by 19th-century master blenders Aybrook and Mason, ensuring a taste that is as close as possible to the authentic, original coconut arrack. The result is a refined experience—smooth on the palate, with the full essence of carefully sourced coconut spirit, matured in teak and Halmilla casks to enhance the flavor profile. The maturation process imparts subtle notes of wood and smoke, complementing the signature coconut and vanilla flavors that define a classic arrack.

The success of Old Reserve Real 34 inspired the development of two additional expressions: Old Reserve 47 and Old Reserve 42 Revival, each offering its own unique flavor and tasting notes. Together, these offerings represent the true spirit of arrack, crafted as it was originally intended and as it should be enjoyed today.
