This shochu was made by KOME shochu, a shochu brewery with over 100 years of experience. Using a base of sweet potato this IMO shochu has been aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 years to produce a spirit that is mellow with subtle fruity notes and a distinctively sweet finish.
