In their youth, the wines possess scented floral and citrus aromas, with a mineral edge and marked natural acidity, contributing significantly to the palate texture and flavour.

AIX Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Ros 2022
A lovely pale, salmon pink colour with beautiful, shiny reflections. AROMA: The nose is quite delicate, fruit-forward, clean and complex, with notes of fresh red fruits, peach and some subtle floral hints.

Grant Burge Filsell Barossa Valley Shiraz 2019
Inky purple, Deep and dark with bright hues. Dark chocolate, mocha, plum with caramel lift. Sweet spice and cacao nib. Although serious Shiraz black fruits show the layers are extended with earth and vanilla.

Peter Lehmann Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
It captures immense varietal definition with added complexity aromas of lifted blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate with a youthful ripe and dark plum spectrum. The fruit weight is immense, however it melds together with mouth coating tannins, dusty French oak and a beautiful acid core.

Dalrymple Estate Pinot Noir 2022
Aromas of spiced rhubarb, sweet red cherries, Asian five spice and vanilla mingle with earthy notes and the distinct fruity spice notes of sassafras forest. The palate is seductive with fleshy red and black cherries. It develops with spices from the whole bunch inclusion and French oak barrels.
