Blackcurrant and blueberry flavours give way to savoury notes of black olive, coffee, and dark cocoa. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, delivering a long length and a persistent finish.

Cellaring potential of 5-8 years.

Pairs well with braised lamb shanks with caramelized onions and creamy polenta, fire-roasted tomato, garlic and chickpea stew with salsa verde.
