Love over Gold is made with a deft touch. The wine is magical, its core of fruit caresses the palate and displays great persistence. Love Over Gold s tertiary aromas and minerality create complexity and drive into an extremely long finish.

Vibrant aromatic ripe fruit on the nose, blackberries, juniper. Palate is round, it shows umami notes, very persistent with dusty tannins and a watery finish . Will age for 10 to 15 years. With age it will develop aromas of tobacco, rosemary and dried sage.

This wine pairs well with beef and venison.
