The colour has excellent depth and is very dark red with hints of crimson. The wonderful varietal aroma immediately noticeable while the blend of McLaren Vale and Coonawarra bringing out the best in this Cabernet showing peppermint, violets, leather, black olive, menthol with toasty vanilla. The palate is fresh and tight with firm tannins, well balanced acid finishes on a clean fresh fruit note This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, poultry and venison.
