Midnight black dark red core with a vibrant dark red hue. Lifted blackberry and liquorice aromas mix with dark plum, spicy vanillin cedar, hints of clove and peppered fennel notes. Rich fleshy textured dark plum and liquorice fruits carry medium body weight over a back drop of toasty vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper. Polished tannins finishing with good freshness on the juicy mid length aftertaste.

This wine can be paired with hearty beef dishes.
