Blackberry core with a strawberry rim. A pretty nose of blackcurrant and primary fruits, youthful and fresh. Quite light and juicy on the palate. A touch smoky and savoury with blackcurrant and cherry. Fresh tannins that are drying but fine, integrated alcohol, light oak influence.

Red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon, is perfect for the Autumn and Winter months. They have a full body, rich flavours, and pair well with heartier meals like roasts, stews, beef cheeks, or other slow-cooked red meat dishes and pasta dishes.
