The 2023 Eden Road The Long Road Pinot Noir from the Tumbarumba region is a delightful blend of grapes sourced from Maragle, Courabyra, and Mannus vineyards, ranging from 430 m ASL to 805 m ASL. This expressive wine displays intensity and lifted aromas of red cherries, currants, and clovey spice. On the palate, you ll find bright crunchy medium-bodied structure with silky tannins, natural acidity, and length.

Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to lightly spiced Thai dishes or even a mid-morning round of Chinese yum cha. Oily meals such as salmon, tuna or pasta will pair well with a light and dry Pinot Noir, while the more tannic styles go with richer foods like a beef bourguignon. And don't forget the cheese.
