Since this wine's debut in 1985, it has evolved into an elegant, modern Australian style. Sourced from the older plantings on the estate, this wine shows the heritage and knowledge gained over three decades of growing and making Chardonnay in Eden Valley.

Pale green-gold in colour. Fresh and fragrant aromas of stone fruits, grapefruit pith and citrus zest with subtle hints of roasted hazelnuts and spicy oak.

A lovely accompaniment to pan-seared crispy skin salmon and citrus hollandaise sauce or tofu scramble with grilled asparagus.
