Very pale green-gold in color. Fresh aromas of grapefruit zest and lemon curd with underlying notes of citrus blossom and hints of stone fruit. The palate is zesty and textural with refreshing citrus and grapefruit acid drive.

This wine pairs well with a chicken and leek pie on a bed of creamy mash with steamed greens, or mushroom, leek and thyme risotto.
