Lifted aromas of lemon zest, lime cordial with hints of white blossom. The palate is fine and crisp, with typical Eden Valley flavours of limes and pine grapefruit. The wine has a chalky texture with great acid drive and the finish is long and lively.

Best enjoyed with seared scallops, freshly shucked oysters or a simple watermelon, mint and feta salad.
