Delicate and refined think peaches and nectarine with a citrus lift. The gentle oaking and time on lees will see this wine develop well in the bottle over the next 5 years, but we doubt youll be able to keep it that long!

This wine can hold its own with strong flavours. It would be perfect with a ripe Robe Dairy St Clair Brie, on a balcony overlooking the ocean.
