Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lemon and lime juice aromas jump out of the glass followed by some green apple, talc and subtle steely mineral notes. Scrumptious lime zest, citrus and Granny Smith apple flavours are underscored by racy acidity. Excellent concentration, tension and drive with notions of chalky talc also chiming in on the dry steely mineral infused finish that s long, focused and zesty.

This wine pairs well with white fish.
