Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Spicy pear aromas combine with green apple, lime and wet stone notes. Light and zingy the palate features pear, lime and green apple fruits over a flinty mineral back drop. Crisp acidity with a crunchy medium length aftertaste that shows plenty of mineral zest.

Ideally suited to fresh seafood and seafood pasta dishes.
