Clear pale straw in colour. White flowers, lychee and freshly cut pear with some sweet musk flavours. Bright and crisp acid, but with generous mouthfeel to balance. The wine has a pithy texture with flavours of nashi pear, lychee and rosewater.
Grilled chicken/fish with seasonal vegetables or with some lightly spiced Thai dishes
