With a slight bronze hue, the nose reveals grapefruit, pear, and a spicy ginger, almost musk, aroma. The palate shows excellent length and direction, with a combination of textural mid-palate flesh and citrus pith finish. Green apple, lemon, and rosewater are the dominant flavours throughout.

This Kooyong Beurrot Pinot Gris will pair well with Halibut, Creamy Polenta, Chicken, especially Chicken Breasts, Chicken Piccata, Chicken with White Wine Sauce and Roasted Chicken, Sous Vide Salmon or Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce, Grilled Swordfish, Shrimp Piccata or Prawn Skewers, Risotto, try Lemon Risotto, Scallop Risotto, or Prawn Risotto.
