Small batch and made from only the highest quality fruit on our estate, this one s got complexity and fullness of flavour. Stone fruit, citrus and spiced oak on the nose, with a fleshy white fruit, melon and lemon curd palate. Slatey acidity and citric notes see it pair well with food, or give it a little time out of the fridge to see it come into its own.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
