Pale gold with a slightly deeper core. A pretty nose of stone fruit, rockmelon, brown sugar and spicy ginger. The wine shows attractive notes of white peach, stone fruit, flint and minerality. Medium weight with a creamy texture.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
