Fullish straw with green hints. Strongly varietal with a twist of complexity - punchy and perfumed with jasmine floral, passionfruit, lemon balm and Thai basil then the more mineral and savoury cordite, wet stones, white flowers. The palate has both depth of flavour and polish. Even, textural with a lime leaf acidity that carries the wine to a long, persistent finish.

Enjoy this wine with cheese, vegetables, salads, seafood, poultry, sushi, fish, pasta, spicy foods and fruits.
