With the dial adjustable dumbbell, you can easily change the weight that you want to lift and exercise with by choosing the weight in KG that you want to lift and direct the same number of KG on both sides of the dumbbell .

The advantage of the dial adjustable dumbbell is its space saving design and there is no need to buy lots of dumbbells in different weights. This dumbbell can replace up to 15 sets of weights. You can perform over 30 different strength-building exercises with 80 variations.

You can gradually increase your strength without bulking up by adjusting from 2.5kg to 24kg. If you order a pair of adjustable dumbbells, you easily can exercise from 5kg to 48kg.
