Bursting with juicy berries, fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs, the gardeners’ hard work has most certainly paid off.  This 1000 piece puzzle has been painted by the talented artist Janice Daughters. As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces are designed to fit perfectly together; in fact, we use the thickest puzzle board on the market. Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve used biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap, reducing our plastic waste. We use vegetable-based inks too. The gloss coating on the box gives extra protection and the puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by most councils. Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle. About the Artist: Janice Daughters initially worked in a London advertising studio eventually going freelance. Her creative ventures include producing hand painted ceramics, pen and ink illustrations, acrylic painting and photography. In the early days she mainly illustrated for recruitment advertising and designed logo and corporate identity brands. She now designs for greetings cards and jigsaw puzzles. Janice’s love of the countryside, along with vintage memorabilia, reflect in her artwork showing creative versatility. When she has time, she likes to read, sew and knit, and spending time in her garden which she and her husband created from meadowland. It is now a haven for birds and wildlife as well as giving much pleasure and inspiration for her artwork.
