"The color is a light pink, much in the style of a French Provence ros wine. There's a light white chocolate note on the nose along with a moderate amount of cooked agave, green herbaceous agave leaves. Citrus notes and light oak spice round out the aroma. The tequila feels full on the palate, but not slick. The flavors mirror the aroma with a little red berry added to the mix. There's a light sweetness found, but the flavors finish on the bittersweet side. Overall, it's a balanced tequila with light fruity notes which don't overpower the agave.
