Directions

1. Gently pull outward on outer eye corner and glide pencil tip along upper and lower lash line for a crisp lined look.
2. Alternatively, use smudge or crease brush for a smokey finish.
3. To tightline, glide pencil tip along the upper and lower waterline

TIP: For sharp winged eyeliner, use an angled brush to apply eyeliner along the top lash line, pulling out towards the edge of the eyebrow
