Not all matte lipsticks are created equal - The Velvet Mattes Lipstick is like no other. No drying or flaking here. Max Factor created a true matte lipstick, but with a moisturising formula, so it feels soft and looks smooth on your lips.

How To Apply

1. Use your Colour Elixir Lip Liner to define and contour your lips and prevent feathering.
2. Apply your favourite shade of Colour Elixir Velvet Matte Lipstick using the applicator.
3. Add further coats to build colour until you find your preferred look.
