Osteocalcin binds Calcium and incorporates it into your bones (a process known as mineralisation). Caruso's Vitamin K2+D3 helps to support bone mineralisation and increase the metabolism of Calcium in bones. Caruso's K2+D3 also helps your body to absorb dietary Calcium. Osteocalcin is involved in the bone mineralisation process in that it helps to incorporate calcium into the bone tissue. Vitamin K2 plays a role in activating osteocalcin.
