Qsilica Ceramosides(TM) + Antioxidant PRO COLLAGEN One-A-Day Capsules contain a patented natural wheat seed extract known as Ceramosides(TM) as well as colloidal mineral silica, Acerola Berry and Vitamin C.

Directions
