Instructions

DIRECTIONS:

Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily with food. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Store below 25oC
