Directions

Use as needed, 7 days a week especially at night, Squeeze 1-2cm of Oral 7 moisturising mouth gel onto finger, place gel on tongue and spread throughout mouth. Safe to swallow. For effective results use in conjunction with Oral 7 Toothpaste and Mouthwash
