Overview

Blooms Evening Primrose Oil is a rich natural source of the omega-6 essential fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Deficiencies of GLA have been found in adults and children with atopic eczema and atopic dermatitis. Women with premenstrual syndrome may also benefit from supplementation. Assists in treating minor skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, dandruff and dry skin. May assist in the management of brittle nails. Provides temporary relief from the symptoms of premenstrual tension (PMT), and helps with normal, health responses to hormones.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily with food.
For dry skin conditions take 2 capsules two to three times daily with food.

Evening Primrose Oil 1 g (1000 mg)
equivalent to gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA) 100 mg
